Frequently asked questions
Do you work on electric cars?
Yes, for inspections and suitable work outside the high-voltage system. I do not work on the high-voltage system itself.
Is a fault code enough to identify the broken part?
Usually not. The code points in a direction; I then investigate the actual cause so you do not pay for unnecessary parts.
What if you do not find the cause straight away?
I will tell you honestly and we will discuss whether further investigation is worthwhile. Nothing is done without your approval.
